小松うどんはご存じですか？

あまり知られていないようなのですが、江戸時代は加賀藩の名物として、将軍家にも

贈られていたということです。

喉ごしが良く、こしがあって、つるつるおいしいうどんです。

小松市自体もうどんを小松の名産にするために力を入れているそうです。

石川県に行った際は小松うどんをご賞味ください。
